Worship Information

We will be worshiping outside, weather permitting on these days:
Sunday, August 30, 9 am
Sunday, September 13, 9 am
Sunday, September 27, 9 am

In the case of inclement weather, we will cancel no later than 8 am on the day of the service. Check back here for updates.

Please note we are taking every pre-caution to keep everyone safe and healthy. If you are feeling unwell, or are waiting for results of a COVID test, please take care of yourself and remain at home. Please follow these guidelines when attending worship:

You must wear a mask. We will have masks here if needed.

Family units will be seated 6 feet apart on the lawn.  Please bring your own chairs or blanket.

Bring your own coffee or water.

Worship bulletins will be provided.

Offering plates will be stationed near the altar so you can make use of them either before or after the service.

There will be no singing. You may hum the hymns as they’re played, however.

There will be no coffee or food served after the service. You may stay to converse with your friends at appropriate physical distancing.

The service will last no longer than 40 minutes.

If you need to use the restroom, you may enter the building through the kitchen door to access the restrooms outside the Fellowship Hall. These will be the only restrooms available.  Please do not stop to chat in the kitchen or Fellowship Hall. The rest of the building is closed at this time.

Please head to our home page (click here) for online worship and updates.

Sundays, 9:00 am, click here for our calendar.
Worship is followed by a time of refreshment and fellowship where we serve fair-trade coffee and treats.

Holy Communion is celebrated the first Sunday of each month.  Holy Communion: The Lord’s table is open to all who wish to receive the Sacrament of Holy Communion. We commune the baptized at St Peder’s so there is no minimum age requirement. (Communion instruction is offered annually for children and parents.) As a gesture of hospitality, gluten-free wafers and grape juice are available in addition to traditional bread/wafers and wine.

What is Worship in the Courtyard?
The third Sunday of June, July, and August we worship on our north lawn. (Weather permitting, of course!) Wear casual clothes and bring a lawn chair. Seating is also provided.
